What's Your Excuse


Today's inspiration and transformation shout out goes to Chad!! Chad made it happen! No excuses, all in! In Chad's own words, "I started this Superfood Nutrition Program with the idea to find a way to gain more energy, lose weight, and lean out and build more muscle. I'm happy to say I've lost 30lbs. My energy is restored. I feel confident. I smile a lot more now. I'm stronger than I've been before. I strive to want more and more out of me. I now have that drive, that desire, to lead a much healthier way of Life. May 21st, on my birthday, I did my first ever marathon. Completed the 4K in a timely fashion. 33 min flat. I can now push my wheelchair with ease, and move like the wind. It's a wonderful feeling!!"

You can't outrun a bad diet. You don't need a diet, you need to change your nutritional sources. We all have limits in some form. I have a weak heart muscle so I am not your next ultra-marathon runner, but I can still eat healthy and exercise. Chad got focused on what he could change. Control and change what you can control...YOU can make the choice to take back your health if you are willing to let go of your excuses. Where will you be in a few months from now?
