Healthy Taco Recipe
Healthy Lettuce Taco Wraps
1 lb of grass fed ground beef, steak or chicken
1 pack of taco seasoning
1/2 pound of shredded cheddar cheese
Whole Romaine Lettuce Leafs
4 tomatoes chopped and drained
1 vidalia onion chopped
8 ounces of sour cream
8 ounces of black beans rinsed and drained
Cook meat until done and drain, then add taco seasoning and follow directions until completed. Wash lettuce leafs and add meat, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, black beans and cheese as desired. All toppings are optional and you can add other toppings and mix things up. This is simple and fast to prepare. Enjoy:)
