There is a lot of truth to you do lose muscle as you age, and hormonal imbalances, toxicity, and nutritional deficiencies cause your body to store fat. Yes, our bodies do these things, but the reality is that we can control all of them and intervene to bring balance and age healthy.

In Randie's case, he was skinny fat. He went from 18% body fat to 6% body fat. What is skinny fat? It is the deadly visceral fat that hoards around your organs. Skinny, fat, average, etc. does not equal healthy. Healthy is when your body is working optimially so you have the energy to live life to its fullest at any age. Healthy is a choice, not an age.
