Invest in You

Transformation is a personal journey and no one can create change within you except you. I am always trying to improve myself so I can personally show up as the best version of me that can be. There is no better investment than the investment in yourself. This week my husband and I are attending Tony Robbins' Unleash The Power Within event here in West Palm Beach, FL. We have read his books and listened to his audio programs, but I desired to see him live so this was our Christmas 2015 gifts to each other. Tony is the king of helping people breakthrough and we are looking forward to our own breakthroughs at this event.

We have to be the change we want the world to be. When we change ourselves, then we are giving someone within our circle of influence the permission to change themselves. This is what I like to call the borrowed belief process...someone you know decides if you can change, then they can too. It is imperative that you have a daily plan to invest in yourself physically, spiritually and emotionally. I invest in myself from exercising, to meditating, to reading my Bible, to reading a personal development book, attending my meeting a with my mentor, Jeffrey Combs, or collaborating with other like-minded leaders, etc. Create your own daily routine that includes daily investments into yourself and you will become the best version of yourself. As Tony Robbins says, "Life is a gift, and it offers us the privilege, opportunity, and responsibility to give something back by becoming more."
