For every action there is a reaction. We are raised being told to think about the consequences of our actions or lack there of. See determining if a decision is good or bad one can't look at the consequences alone. One must ask himself if this decision is being completed with integrity. You will not always make the right decisions as we are without perfection, but it is always 100% right to stand in integrity. See you can make fear disappear by stepping out in faith and no matter what the results that you know that you make each decision with integrity. It has been said that if man does not have his word, then he has nothing. Your word is your law...you speak life/success or death/failure with your words. What you have to understand is that it is ok to fail forward as long as you stand in integrity. So many people die with their music inside of them as they are afraid to making mistakes or are afraid of failing. Fear can be paralyzing, but it can also be used as fuel to propel you forward. As John Maxwell said, fail forward and fail fast. Every master was once a disaster...not sure whose quote this is as any of my mentors like David T.S. Woods and Michael Clouse like to repeat this so we have permission to make mistakes as we as moving towards our greatest potential. You are not an expert so seek advise when you feel you need it as I have any mentors and in different areas. So ask for help, but do not sit idly by and do nothing. So many people talk themselves into believing that if they do not make a decision that this is not a decision. Not making a decision is a decision...it is your choice. The greatest tragedy in life is to go to your grave never sharing yourself, your talents, or your knowledge with others because you were too scared to make a mistake. The graveyards are full of Nobel Peace Prize winners, inventors, liberators, etc., so many people who never reached their full potential. Do not let that be you...you can't stand in integrity if you go to your grave with the music still inside...liberate yourself, raise your standards, renew your commitment and serve selflessly. When you quit worrying about yourself, then you become a contributor and can make a real impact on this world. Here's to you making decisions in 2016 that moves you closer to your goals and to your greatest potential.
