The Universe Responds

There is no freedom in being conditional. You have to be, love, and accept situations and people for who they are. There can't be any expectation as this is not how the Universe responds. Our Universe is unconditional and the greatest teacher of acceptance. You are communicating with the Universe with every word, thought and action by the energy you are giving to each so choose wisely as you may find yourself in a world that you do not desire.

There is a lesson in every situation in life and the one I learned this week is the Universe is no respector of persons and you can't escape it's response so one must take personal responsibility for his/her actions and ommissions. My biological father is at the ripe age of 75 and he is battling serious health issues and has found himself homeless and destitute. I went to Alabama to see how I could assist him and his current situation only to awaken to the fact that I can't erase his last 75 years and that he may not be able to as well. He had several children and took responsbility for none of them except a child that was not blood and whom he never adopted. He has been married 6 times, divorced 5 times and widowed once. He was an entrepreneur owning several businesses, but never saved a dollar and made poor investment decisions. There was a passive agressive pattern that you could see that played out in both his personal and business life. He was always right, it was his way or no way, and if not, he would remove himself from you or the business transaction. He would get caught up on focusing on problems, blaming others to the point where he was so overwhelmed that he could not live in the solution.

See my father never looked inward and never took personal responsibility or accountability for his actions. I am told by others that knew him well that he was a giving man, but that it came with strings attached. He is an amicable man as long as things are going as planned, but tell him "no" and you see the temper from Hades and feel his wrath. Today as he sits in a hospital and in his lucid moments, he still blames everyone for his situation and problems, and attempts to use guilt to control others. He doesn't see how conditional, unaccepting, and manipulative that he is leaving him where he can't accept his current circumstance. I am afraid now that he is in a state where he does not have the capacity to change himself and it is hearbreaking.

Take time to reflect on your life and your reality and if it is not what you desire look inward to see how you are showing up in this life. Everything is energy...your thoughts, your words, and your actions so get clear on what it is that you are focusing on and what energy you are expending towards things as this is exactly what you are going to get in life. Take personal responsbility and accountability for yourself before it is too late. Revive your life now...don't regret it. There is no secret formula...what you sow is what you reap. Everyone can have abundant love, prosperity, joy if they are willing to give it first. You go first and the Universe responds...make sure you are making the requests that get you to your goals, dreams and the life you so richly deserve.
